With a strong national presence and continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Sydney team and drive sales success.

The Role

This is a dynamic sales role for a driven professional who thrives on managing solid relationships and is an advocate for CRM usage.

In this role, you'll become the face of the brand in NSW—owning projects from concept to completion, providing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery to clients. You'll manage a strong existing portfolio while actively pursuing new opportunities in a highly competitive market.

You'll engage with engineers, architects, contractors, developers, and wholesalers, providing product expertise, project management, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development -Drive sales of lighting products in line with budgets. Provide lighting solutions, designs, and product advice to clients.
  • Project Management -Own projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Defend specifications and maintain product position on projects.
  • Customer Engagement & Education -Build and expand relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaboration & Internal Support -Work closely with sales support, technical, and project teams.
  • Administration -Maintain CRM records for all clients and projects. Track sales pipelines, tenders, and project performance.

About You

You are a motivated sales professional who thrives in competitive markets and brings strong technical and project management skills. You excel at building relationships, managing complex stakeholders, and turning opportunities into results.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in lighting, electrical, or construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lighting products and specifications.
  • Network across engineers, consultants, specifiers, builders, and wholesalers (highly regarded).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Lighting Design, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (advantageous).
  • Current driver's licence.
