About the Role: Account Executive - Multinational

This exciting opportunity will see you managing global programs and delivering bespoke insurance solutions to our clients. You'll work on complex and unique placements, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines, achieve business objectives, and drive operational efficiencies.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Assessing insurable risks, designing tailored insurance solutions, and negotiating the best deals in the global insurance market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with underwriting partners
  • Managing your own budget, sales plan, and debtors
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their growth
  • Driving new business development and expanding Gallagher's footprint
  • Acting as a brand ambassador to enhance awareness of Gallagher within the local business market

This is an excellent opportunity, and to be considered, we're looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing commercial, corporate, or multinational clients, along with:

  • A sales-driven mindset with the ability to build a long-term pipeline for new business growth
  • Strong account management expertise and technical knowledge in general commercial insurance
  • A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills paired with a professional and driven attitude
  • A client-first approach to providing informed risk advice and bespoke insurance solutions
  • Experience managing end-to-end renewal insurance programs, including strategy meetings, renewals, reports, market engagement, amendments, and cancellations
