Position: Paralegal

Location: Baldivis & Bicton, Western Australia

Baldivis Law & Mediation is a dynamic and client-focused law firm providing services across family law, migration, wills & estates, property and commercial matters. We pride ourselves on delivering practical solutions with a personal touch.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our growing team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with our lawyers on diverse and interesting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Drafting and preparing legal documents, court forms, and correspondence.

·       Managing files, scheduling, and liaising with clients and third parties.

·       Conducting legal research and assisting with evidence collation.

·       Supporting solicitors in hearings, mediations, and settlements.

About You:

·       Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience in Australia (family law experience highly regarded).

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy practice.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software LEAP.
