Perth, Western Australia Bradford Legal Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are a small and friendly boutique personal injury law firm located south of the river which has been in business for 30 plus years and are seeking an enthusiastic law clerk/paralegal to join our team at Bradford Legal.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing personal injury files
  • Preparing briefs to counsel and coordinating Pre-trial Conferences, informal conferences andmedico-legal assessments
  • Supporting trial preparation - including Books of Documents and liaising with counsel and witnesses
  • Managing all correspondence (clients, insurers, medical professionals, defendant firms)
  • Proactively planning file strategy, progressing matters with supervision
  • Diary management and file closure
  • Building strong relationships with insurers, barristers, medical experts and clients.

We require someone that has experience as a law clerk/paralegal (preferably in the personal injury field), has strong organisational and communication skills, knowledge of legal practices and processes and has competent computer and literacy skills.
