Wills & Estate Paralegal (Estate Planning and Litigation roles- will suit law student entering their final years of study)

Positions available: Joondalup & Perth (full-time and part-time)

Gregson & Associates is seeking Paralegals to join our growing team and business activities.

We are looking for professionals with a background in wills, estate planning, and succession law, as well as those with experience in estate litigation. These roles are based in Joondalup and Perth offices, but we offer one day of remote work per week, giving you the flexibility to work from home or in the office based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of estate matters, including wills, estate planning, Family Provision Claims, estate administration, and litigation.

  • Collaborate with a close-knit team of professionals on challenging and rewarding cases.

  • Receive mentorship and professional development in your area of expertise.

  • Contribute to the firm's growth and success while managing your workload independently.
