Skills and Experience needed:
- 5+ years' experience
- General commercial contracting experience is essential and we are happy to consider experience from a wide range of industries
- Relevant experience might include experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers and service providers
- You must have the ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously and prioritise
- Our client is seeking lawyer who is happy to be a doer and confident being on the tools, and has the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of a business
As well as excellent legal experience you will need:
- Senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships externally and internally
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- An excellent client service focus, ethic and commitment
- Willingness to engage with Ashurst via an Independent Incorporated Legal Practice or casual employment
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
