Bowen Hills, Brisbane.

Our Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our Brisbane team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes of work, lettings, and procurement schedules
  • Managing both head contracts and subcontractors
  • Overseeing progress claims and variations
  • Applying strong construction knowledge to contribute to sequencing, methodology, and value engineering decisions
  • Providing cost and project reporting through Jobpac

Key Attributes and Experience

This role is ideal for a candidate with exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to joining a highly motivated and dynamic team. The following qualifications and experience are essential:

  • A relevant degree qualification in a construction-related field
  • Strong understanding of construction practices
  • 2 years' minimum experience
  • Familiarity with Procore and Jobpac (preferred, but not essential)
  • Solid knowledge of safety management strategies
