Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our client's team on a 3-month temporary part-time assignment (2 days per week). This role will provide vital support with contract management and coordination, all from the comfort of your home. Your focus will be working through existing contracts, auditing a backlog to ensure all agreements are current, updated, and renewed with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with education providers to gather and validate agreement details
- Review and mark up contract changes, communicating outcomes with stakeholders
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals
- Maintain a centralised tracking system to monitor agreement status
- Provide reporting on agreement volumes, timelines, and bottlenecks
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in contract administration (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Previous experience in legal administration or similar will be highly regarded
