We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join us, in Brisbane.

This position will play a crucial role enhancing our portfolios within the Metals and Minerals EPCM sector. You will work across our high performing Projects Controls and Projects Execution Teams.

About the role

  • Support the management of the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their review, negotiation, and finalization.

  • Provide assistance in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organisational standards.

  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client directives and the achievement of project objectives.

  • Coordinate and expedite project procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests.

  • Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring all terms are favourable and aligned with project goals.

  • Administer contracts promptly and efficiently on behalf of our client.

  • Track and manage project package expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

About you

  • Demonstrated contracts administration experience in an EPCM environment

  • Experience with working with the client's business procedures and documentation processes

  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing a solid understanding of contract processes.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
