Our client is a prominent player in the Australian non-bank lending sector, with a strong national presence and a proven track record in funding property-backed loans. As part of their continued growth, we're partnering with them to find an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their NSW team. Leveraging from their existing broker and aggregator panel, this is a dynamic position that will see you acquire new business and maintain existing business.

The Role

  • Take ownership of broker relationships across the region
  • Supporting broker partners in unlocking new opportunities and ultimately growing their lending volumes through a diverse suite of mortgage solutions
  • Manage your sales pipeline from initial conversation through to settlement
  • Attend industry events where required and contribute to building brand awareness

About You

  • Demonstrated success in a BDM, lending manager or broker role within a specialist or home lending environment
  • Deep understanding of mortgage products, lending processes, and broker distribution channels
  • A well-established network of broker contacts in NSW is desirable but not essential
  • Strong sales mindset and focus
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering in a fast-paced environment
