Company Description

Remotee is one of Australia's leading remote staffing companies, connecting top-tier talent in the Philippines with businesses across Australia, NZ, UK and US. This role will be working for our sister brand Accountee, which provides outsourced accounting and managed payroll services.

Role Description

This is a part-time role, WFH, flexible hours, 3 days per week. It may require you to attend meetings with clients when required.

The Business Development Manager will identify business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include market research, developing business strategies, and preparing sales and business development reports. The role also involves coordinating with remote teams and presenting proposals to executive management. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and client relationship skills
  • Experience in the recruitment industry - preferred ( as this is our target market )
  • Experience with market research and developing business strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare sales and business development reports
