Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, strategizing business growth initiatives, and managing the sales process. The role also involves market analysis, developing and executing sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Market Analysis, and Sales Process Management skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business growth initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the education or recruitment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
