About The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major transport upgrade in Greater Sydney. This high-profile project will feature new road alignments, bridge construction and roundabouts, improving traffic flow, reducing congestion, enhancing safety for road users, and strengthening flood resilience for the local community.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the project from early planning and procurement through to final delivery and handover. You'll manage a collaborative team, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and on budget. This is a live traffic environment, offering the chance to deliver real, tangible benefits for Sydney's growing transport network.

What You'll Bring To The Team
We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering and 15+ years' experience in civil construction, with a strong focus on roads and bridgeworks
  • Proven experience managing major infrastructure projects as a Project Manager
  • Experience delivering TfNSW projects, with an in-depth understanding of their standards and processes
  • Strong commercial and leadership skills, including programming, subcontractor management, and stakeholder engagement
  • A collaborative and practical approach that drives results and builds a positive project culture
