My client is a leading private psychiatry business that specialises in providing exceptional healthcare services to Veterans in Australia. They are very passionate about the work they do and we are now looking for a like-minded individual to join their dedicated team

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate client scheduling for psychiatric assessments and consultations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all client queries via phone and email.
  • Create, update, and manage client records and documents with utmost accuracy.
  • Liaise between medical staff, clients, and external key stakeholders.
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilise a CRM to manage, track and report on client interactions.
  • Utilise Patient Management Software.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain an organised, efficient, and up-to-date administrative system.
  • Have an eye for detail and conduct Quality Assurance activities on the reports.

Essential skill sets

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration, preferably in psychiatry or veteran healthcare.
  • Experience working with the Department of Veteran Affairs.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM and PMS software is desirable.
  • Previous experience in handling medico legal reports preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
