The Role

As a Client Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of medium-sized business clients. You'll combine your technical expertise with strong relationship management skills, ensuring clients receive proactive advice and seamless service. Working closely with directors and supported by a capable team, you'll enjoy a role that is both varied and rewarding.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of medium-sized business clients across diverse industries
  • Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS
  • Provide proactive advice on tax planning, structuring, and business strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with directors and mentor junior staff where needed
  • Ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery

About You
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • 5+ years' experience in business services within Australian public practice accounting firms
  • Excellent technical skills and strong commercial acumen
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with business owners
  • Comfortable managing client relationships independently
  • Experience with Xero and cloud-based accounting platforms preferred
