Eleven Aces Cleaning is a fast-growing, family-owned cleaning business servicing residential, commercial and NDIS/DVA clients across Brisbane Ipswich and Gold Coast areas. The Roles:

We're looking for reliable, hardworking, honest cleaners to join our team. This role is ideal if you:

  • Enjoy cleaning – you're detail-oriented and take pride in your work.
  • Want flexible hours – casual or contract (ABN holders)
  • Like working independently - travelling to and from our clients (fuel allowance provided)
  • Have good communication and are good with clients
  • Have valid drivers' licence and your own transport
  • Have blue card/WWC and current police checks (or willing to get)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position
  • Candidates must be willing to obtain blue card/WWC and police checks within 2 weeks if not already held

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general and specialist cleaning (commercial offices, residential homes, NDIS/DVA households, and aged care)
  • Use cleaning equipment and follow safe work procedures
  • Arrive on time, present professionally and communicate any issues openly and honestly
  • Strive to meet service standards and client satisfaction
  • Occasionally assist with ad-hoc deep/spring cleans

  • Requirements: Current driver's licence, own transport, police check and blue card (or willing to get), eligible to work in Australia

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
