We support clients through various funding pathways, including NDIS, private health, the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), Aged Care programs, and medico-legal services, ensuring the right support and continuity of care for everyone.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Brisbane, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Disability Support Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to grow our client base and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, development of new relationships and oppprtunieies,overseeing operations, and overseeing support work staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and partnership building
  • Strong understanding of the disability support sector and relevant funding pathways
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic plans
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with NDIS, private health, DVA, Aged Care programs, and medico-legal services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (ideal but not necessary)
