Our team of experienced practitioners provides high-quality Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Allied Health Assistant, and Support Work services tailored to each client's needs. We support clients through various funding pathways, including NDIS, private health, the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), Aged Care programs, and medico-legal services, ensuring the right support and continuity of care for everyone.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Brisbane, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Disability Support Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to grow our client base and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, development of new relationships and oppprtunieies,overseeing operations, and overseeing support work staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and partnership building
  • Strong understanding of the disability support sector and relevant funding pathways
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic plans
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with NDIS, private health, DVA, Aged Care programs, and medico-legal services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (ideal but not necessary)
