About the role:

Join a boutique property development and investment group in a hands on accounts administrator role. You will manage the accounts administration processes across multiple entities, maintain reporting accuracy, and play a key role in the smooth operation of property assets and projects.

  • Oversee rent collection, arrears, and reconciliations
  • Manage outgoings, budgets, and forecasts
  • Invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense control
  • Maintain spreadsheets, property records, and reports
  • Office management and general administration duties
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Director

Experience required:

  • Experience in property accounts essential
  • Advanced Excel and MYOB proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Available to work in the office on a part time basis
  • Valid drivers license
  • Permanent Australian work rights
