About the role:
Join a boutique property development and investment group in a hands on accounts administrator role. You will manage the accounts administration processes across multiple entities, maintain reporting accuracy, and play a key role in the smooth operation of property assets and projects.
- Oversee rent collection, arrears, and reconciliations
- Manage outgoings, budgets, and forecasts
- Invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense control
- Maintain spreadsheets, property records, and reports
- Office management and general administration duties
- Attend weekly meetings with the Director

Experience required:
- Experience in property accounts essential
- Advanced Excel and MYOB proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Available to work in the office on a part time basis
- Valid drivers license
- Permanent Australian work rights
