Job Summary:
We're looking for an Account Executive to support our National Account Managers in driving growth across retailers. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day account activities, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to promotional and category initiatives. You'll also take ownership of claims administration and oversee the implementation of promotional programs (TPM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the National Account Manager in executing annual business plans for the account.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers/category managers, and replenishment teams to ensure alignment on category strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate day-to-day account activities, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and deliverables. Administration managing daily orders through IBS, Claims and promotional program implementation through TPM
  • Support achievement of sales targets across all categories within the account.
  • Monitor promotional performance and provide insights to improve future activations.
  • Contribute to online activation plans and ensure alignment with retailer digital strategies.
  • Assist in preparing for category range reviews and promotional planning.
  • Gather and analyze insights to recommend tailored product assortments and pricing strategies. As directed by the NAM
  • Maintain accurate forecast inputs and collaborate with replenishment teams to ensure demand plans meet accuracy and bias KPI targets.
  • Load and reconcile trade investments as required, ensuring timely and accurate data entry , and ownership of the Claims process
  • Prepare and update account performance reports—including scan data, OBSL, and DIFOT—while supporting the NAM and utilizing customer platforms such as Partner Hub, portals, and Quantium
  • Provide timely reporting and updates to internal teams on customer trends and initiatives.
  • Resolve operational issues at the account level in collaboration with Supply, Customer Service, and Field teams.
  • Ensure alignment on promotional calendars, demand planning, and customer programs.
  • Maintain compliance with company and retailer requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to audit standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in account support or administration within retail or FMCG
  • Familiarity with retailer portals and forecasting tools preferred

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and retailer platforms (e.g., Quantium, Partner Hub)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented when resolving operational challenges

You'll be based in our Kingsgrove office, with a planned relocation to a new Sydney CBD workspace in early 2026. This move reflects the evolution of our business - modern, connected, and designed to bring our teams closer together.
