Equity Waterproofing is a specialist waterproofing consultancy based in Sydney.
We provide design reviews, performance solutions, testing, and compliance assessments for major construction projects across NSW.
We're known for our technical precision, clarity, and integrity; and we're now looking for a creative, organised, and reliable person to help us grow our brand presence and marketing output.
About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support the Managing Director in building our online presence and marketing material.
You'll turn real, technical insights from projects into clean, professional marketing content — helping position Equity Waterproofing as a trusted expert in the construction industry.
This role is ideal for someone with strong writing and design skills who enjoys both creativity and structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule LinkedIn content (based on notes, drafts, or technical summaries provided)
- Update and optimise website pages (Squarespace/WordPress) for clarity and SEO
- Design visual content in Canva (case studies, capability statements, proposals)
- Prepare and manage monthly email newsletters (Mailchimp or Zoho)
- Maintain our marketing library (photos, project sheets, testimonials)
- Track performance metrics (post engagement, web traffic, inquiries)
- Assist with brand development – consistency across all company templates and documents
Skills & Experience
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Experience with Canva or Adobe tools
- Basic SEO knowledge and web editing (preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn content or business social media
- Understanding or interest in construction, architecture, or engineering is a big plus
- Reliable, consistent, and organised

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
