**How you’ll make an impact**

The Claims Capability Coach is responsible for driving excellence and consistent customer experience in managing claims. This role involves quality assurance of the claims process, identify and implement process improvements including communication uplift and ongoing development of Claims Administrators and Specialist. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims process and expertise of Claims Administrators and Specialist, ultimately contributing to a positive experience for members and their beneficiaries during tough moments, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

**What you will bring to the team**
- 2+ years experience in a claims role within the personal insurance/superannuation industry
- Experience in a fast-paced customer/client services team e.g. contact or service centres
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written communication skills and ability to verbally communicate effectively virtually and face to faceAbility to work in an agile, dynamic environment with ability to make decisions that drive exceptional customer outcomes
