**How you’ll make an impact**
The Superannuation Complaint Specialists is responsible for helping to continuously improve the quality of our customers’ experiences.
This is done by partnering with our colleagues to actively respond to customer complaints and disputes, using the feedback to turn negative customer experiences into positive ones and advocate for our customers to fix pain points and improve their experience.
The Complaint Specialist will:
- provide exceptional customer service by effectively managing, investigating, and resolving complaints fairly and reasonably across Superannuation & Investment products.
- work collaboratively with stakeholders to agree on appropriate resolution; and
- assist in providing feedback and/or training across the business to ensure customer pain points which are identified through customer complaints, are fixed, and used to improve the overall customer experience.
**What you will bring to the team**
- 3+ years’ experience in Superannuation, Insurance or Financial Services
- Previous experience in managing complaints will be highly regarded
- Sound understanding of Superannuation & Investment products including insurance, claims and relevant legislation
- Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to adapt style depending on the audience
- Ability to act with empathy and sensitivity towards customers
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with ability to manage a process from end to end
- Able to prioritise competing priorities
