About the Role

As IT Manager, you'll take charge of shaping and delivering the company's integrated IT strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll ensure secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that support business continuity and digital transformation. From cybersecurity and infrastructure management to cloud services, SAP, and AI initiatives, you'll play a key role in keeping the business at the forefront of technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of IT strategy, policy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (AWS, Office 365), and enterprise systems (SAP).
  • Manage vendors, IT service providers, and licensing agreements.
  • Deliver IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
  • Drive productivity improvements through smart technology adoption.

About You

You're a forward-thinking IT professional who thrives on both strategy and execution. You'll bring:

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 5–7 years' experience in IT leadership or management roles.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and infrastructure.
  • Certifications in SAP, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS (preferred).
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX/J-SOX or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
