We are seeking an experienced
Program Quality Assurance Manager
to join our client on a 6-month contract. This role is critical in ensuring that the
QA Framework is consistently applied across a portfolio of technology projects
, safeguarding delivery quality and strengthening governance. You will lead a large team of QA Analysts and Testers, oversee release management, and ensure project portfolios are delivered to plan..

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA governance and ensure quality gates are met across all projects
  • Oversee release management, portfolio dependencies, and risk mitigation
  • Manage and optimise a large team of QA Analysts and Testers across programs
  • Provide expert advice to project/program managers and senior stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and methodologies

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years' QA leadership in large, complex IT environments
  • Strong background in quality assurance frameworks and portfolio management
  • Proven experience managing large QA/testing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • QA, Testing, or Program Management qualifications and Agile certification (desirable)
