We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our dynamic Chubb Travel Insurance team. This is a varied and wide-ranging role that will provide an exciting opportunity to gain experience across consumer, business, finance, and digital marketing activities.

Your Role:

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will manage Chubb's major strategic travel insurance partners while supporting our existing portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring our partnerships thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with major travel partners in Australia and New Zealand, understanding their evolving needs and identifying initiatives that add value to their customer base.
  • Monitor profitability and performance of the partner portfolio, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance strategies.
  • Assist with portfolio management through monthly result extraction & analysis, identifying issues and emerging trends, while suggesting actionable improvements.
  • Manage partnership governance structures and ensure compliance with guidelines while maintaining clear, organized records.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), and renewal discussions with partners.
  • Oversee ongoing contractual reporting requirements to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Proactively enhance program offerings through partnership initiatives and support business development in executing growth opportunities across ANZ.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that leverage partner offerings to optimize promotional efforts.
  • Facilitate training sessions and presentations to partners on various aspects including product knowledge, legal & compliance, underwriting appetite, and Chubb systems.
  • Conduct competitor analysis for existing products and new business opportunities, recommending necessary adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build strong relationships with other product lines and regional teams to maximize collaborative opportunities within Chubb.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven partnership management experience, ideally within the Financial Services or Insurance industry, or the Travel sector.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines and strategies that drive account growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, including securing new clients and articulating value propositions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with personnel at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data and financial insights to create partner-centric solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance products and relevant legislation, with an understanding of market dynamics that supports business development.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
    Marketing and sales experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
