The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving growth by managing and developing key relationships within the financial services industry. This role is based in Sydney and offers a mix of strategic planning and hands-on engagement with stakeholders.

Description

  • Manage and grow partnerships to achieve policy quota targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the financial services sector.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and partnership performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions to partners to maintain strong relationships.

Profile

A successful Partnerships Manager should have:

  • A strong background in sales or business development within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, and experiencing dealing with brokers.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans.
  • An understanding of market trends and their impact on business growth.
  • The capability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
