Your New Role

As Senior Analyst in Strategic Partnership Management, you'll support the governance and optimisation of Aware Super's relationships with strategic partners and market data vendors. You'll help build frameworks, manage commercial oversight, and contribute to key initiatives such as KYC processes and system implementations. This role suits someone who thrives in a matrixed environment, brings precision to reporting, and enjoys driving operational excellence across complex vendor relationships.

  • Develop and manage governance and reporting frameworks for service providers, aligned with procurement and vendor management standards.
  • Build a centralised vendor knowledge hub and maintain oversight of SLAs and contractual agreements.
  • Lead commercial oversight for market data vendors, including reporting, budgeting, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Manage and enhance KYC processes with brokers, banks and counterparties, leveraging technology where applicable.
  • Support major system implementations (e.g. Aladdin, eFront), contributing to successful onboarding and data integration.

How do you exceed our expectations?

  • The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
  • At least 5 years' experience in financial services, with a background in vendor governance, investment operations or strategic partnerships.
  • Tertiary qualified in business, economics or finance; CPA/CA or CFA certification highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage large projects, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Brings a mindset of innovation, accountability and collaboration, with a strong grasp of investment data and operational best practice.
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
