Join our Personal Banking's Strategic Partnerships team, we are responsible for managing Personal Banking's relationships with the head offices of our lending distribution partners, and how Macquarie faces and manages change in the broker market.

What role will you play?
You will contribute to several exciting initiatives including producing quarterly packs and materials to support aggregator and market engagement, plus the management of proactive and reactive aggregator engagement. You'll be responsible for the creation and management of bespoke content and speaking requests from state sales teams and/or aggregators and executive forum coordination and management. You will also be involved in data analysis and surfacing insights, fortnightly aggregator communications and the maintenance of Personal Banking Data Rooms.
What you offer
• 3+ years' experience in Retail Banking
• Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, across the Personal Banking ecosystem and with external distribution partners
• Approach complex problems with curiosity and enthusiasm, have a learning mindset
• Strong attention to detail, planning, prioritisation and project management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
