Mercedes-Benz Castle Hill is seeking a results-driven Business Manager who can build strong relationships with customers based on trust and confidence.

Key Duties

  • Promote and present Mercedes-Benz Finance and Insurance products to New, Certified Pre-Owned and Vans customers, including current campaigns and offers.
  • Process Finance & Insurance documents from initial contact to final settlement on behalf of guests.
  • Liaise closely with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to ensure all Finance and Insurance product information is up to date and accurate for client presentation.
  • Responsible for receipting vehicle deposits and delivery payments on behalf of the sales team.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering results as a Business Manager in a prestige environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and administration skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse customer base and deliver high-quality customer service and satisfaction is essential.

Generous and attractive remuneration package, including base salary, commission, car allowance and superannuation.

This is a full-time position with a flexible roster across our dealership trading hours, including weekends.
