We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function across a diverse group of businesses. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with autonomy, influence and a clear pathway to Financial Controller.

About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee the Group's financial management, governance and performance. You will lead monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, strengthen internal controls, manage external relationships and partner with the CEO, General Managers and advisors to drive profitability and informed decision-making.

This is an opportunity for an experienced finance leader who thrives on responsibility and enjoys the blend of strategic and hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, board packs and consolidated group accounts
  • Oversee annual budgets, forecasts and cashflow management
  • Strengthen financial governance, controls and group reporting standards
  • Manage statutory reporting, audit and tax compliance
  • Partner with business unit leaders to deliver commercial insights and strategic support
  • Maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions and advisors
  • Drive system and process improvements
  • Lead and develop a small, capable finance team

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical accounting and financial management experience
  • Skilled in consolidation, cashflow and multi-entity reporting
  • Commercially astute, proactive and confident working autonomously
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial services or multi-entity environments will be highly regarded
