The Role

Due to continued growth in our Sydney office we are looking for a motivated and experienced Audio Visual Service Manager to assist in the delivery and growth of our national Service offering.

As the Service Manager you will support the day-to-day operations of our Service Department by:

  • Ensuring Services are delivered in line with our Business needs and contractual obligations
  • Daily Service operations and management of service technicians and jobs.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service levels, maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients as well as third-party suppliers, and securing recurring business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and reviewing customer service standards, procedures and policies.
  • Managing service staff to ensure desired customer satisfaction levels are met.
  • Managing of the service department team and handling customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.
  • Providing direction and feedback to technicians.
  • Responding to customer enquiries over the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Liaising with other managers and staff members to determine correct response to issues.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions with details of actions taken.
  • Building and sustaining positive business relationships with both existing clientele base and new business.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Audio Visual Industry
  • Experience in a Service Manager or Service Coordinator Role
  • Proficient in MYOB Platform is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Current Drivers Licence
