About the role

Join the experienced and dynamic team at Shire Realty as our Leasing & Business Development professional, based in Castle Hill. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth and success of our residential property leasing services across the Hills Shire and surrounding suburbs.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively source and secure new landlord clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, screening and securing tenants
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth rental experience
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand our portfolio and reach new clients
  • Represent the Shire Realty brand in the local community and at industry events

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in residential property leasing and/or business development, with at least 2 years' experience
  • Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation and regulations
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the real estate industry
  • Current NSW Real Estate Licence
  • Must hold a Real Estate Agent licence in NSW
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
