Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Berkeley Vale Central Coast, NSW. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing strategic plans, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large retail customers such as Coles, Woolworths, Metcash or Aldi
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the household and personal care products industry is a plus including retail company system knowledge
