What You'll Do:

Customer Experience

  • Deliver friendly, professional service.
  • Respond to member enquiries and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming store environment.

Leadership & Operations

  • Act as key holder and store supervisor when required.
  • Lead team adherence to procedures, zoning, and safety compliance.
  • Complete till reconciliation and reporting accurately.

Selection & Pricing

  • Select and price products according to guidelines.
  • Ensure quality and market-aware pricing to maintain seller trust.

Shop Floor & Stock

  • Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
  • Efficiently manage stock presentation and fitting rooms.
  • Monitor and mitigate theft while keeping pace with store operations.

POS & Systems

  • Operate POS and store systems accurately and efficiently.

The role available is a 4 day part time contract working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and either a Saturday or a Sunday.

Hourly Rate: $27.58 | Supervisory Rate: $28.12

Penalty Rates: Weekends & public holidays | Leave: As per Fair Work Act
