Business Performance Analyst

We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Division and play a pivotal role in driving financial clarity and operational excellence across the business. In this role you'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making.

What you will be doing

• Deliver real-time reporting on key business metrics and financial performance.
• Partner with cost centre owners to analyse variances, challenge assumptions, and support resource prioritisation.
• Own the month-end accruals and prepayments process, driving efficiency and accuracy.
• Track initiative spend against budgets and business cases, flagging potential overruns.
• Support the preparation of Board and Executive financial reports.
• Lead improvements in finance processes to enhance scalability and control.
• Own the production of cost centre budget templates.
