Through the merger of Bank Australia and Qudos Bank we're creating a better, stronger and more resilient bank for our customers and employees. As one company with two trusted brands, we're building on the strong foundations of our history and shared values as we bring together the best of both banks.
As Head of Transformation Delivery, you'll lead the delivery of Bank Australia's key merger and transformation programs, driving transparency, consistency and efficiency across digital, technical and operational initiatives. You'll oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time and budget, while embedding best-practice approaches and maturing the bank's transformation capability. Working in a matrix environment, you'll support delivery strategy development, resource planning and business case alignment, while investing in the growth of a high-performing team across program delivery, analysis, testing and technical enablement.
