Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for an experienced IT Site Support Officer to play a key role supporting users across a large, complex environment, providing both onsite and remote Level 2 support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working face-to-face with users, and taking ownership of technical issues from start to resolution. You'll act as the right-hand to the Team Leader, a go-to person who ensures seamless IT support across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Provide premium onsite and remote support for users across multiple locations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 issues across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Configure and support PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Assist with server and network troubleshooting, including Active Directory, DNS, and file servers.
  • Participate in projects and system upgrades as part of the Site Services team.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve complex incidents.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in IT site support or Level 2 technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktop and server environments.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, routers).
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, you're known for keeping users informed and calm under pressure.
  • A current Australian driver's licence (essential).
