The role of an Assistant Agent is to generate new business opportunities to further nurture existing relationships by exceeding the expectations our clients and to support the successful implementation and running of campaigns.

Job description

We are on the lookout for the next high performer This role will see you take part in the fundamentals of Real Estate as well as selling high end properties in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne .

Tasks include:

  • Client appointments (final inspections, building inspections, pest inspections etc.)
  • Attending Auctions, Inspections and Open homes
  • Prospecting (letterbox drops, cold calling, door knocking)
  • Creating detailed Vendor reports
  • Communicating and providing instructions to VA's, reception and customer care team
  • Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
  • Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries
  • Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins
  • Buyer management - Help people find what they're looking for
  • Organising photographer appointments/schedule
  • Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlement
  • Attend property photoshoots
  • Understanding real estate legislation
  • Assist in the signing of documentation
  • Responsible for key handling
  • Handle diverted phone if necessary

In order to be successful, we are seeking an ambitious and mature candidate who has worked in a similar sales role or is currently working in the real estate industry.

You must have an agent's representative certificate and a drivers license.
