We are a high performing buyers agency based in Melbourne. We purchase properties all around Australia and are focused solely on investment properties for our valued clients.

Most of our clients are repeat and referrals from existing clients

All sales are trust based and no cold calling.

There are support staff for Property research, Deal finding, Marketing, Social media management, Client Support and Office administration

To take the Buyers Agency to the next level, we are looking for an Assistant Buyers Agent to join our team.

**This role could be perfect for you if;**

You have some experience and knowledge of the property industry

You have a passion for property and property investing

You have an eagerness to learn and be mentored about property investing

You are an outgoing person not afraid to talk to any other professionals.

Not afraid to jump on the phone

Your role will include;
Assisting the CEO in daily duties.

You will be introduced to Leads who attended our webinars or seminars, referred by our past clients or referred by our network partner, or know BuyersHUB in some other way. Zero cold calling involved.

Run ‘discovery calls’ to qualify potential sales opportunities

Source and set qualified strategy sessions into calendar

Move all prospects to the proper stages of the pipeline

Liaising and building relationships with Professionals.

Call Estate agents and discuss the properties supplied, how to close the deal.

Engage Building Inspectors and Pest inspectors and help post Contract tasks.

Follow through and manage client expectations during the buying process.

We will support you to scale up your business rapidly, with a very attractive commission structure with management & partnership opportunities for the right person.

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
