
Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent

Join a national leading agency in this dynamic full-time position, running Monday through Friday. As a motivated professional, you'll collaborate with an elite team, immersing yourself in commercial sales and leasing while cultivating powerful connections across the industry.
About the role:
- Full time permanent position
- Highly lucrative commission structure - uncapped commissions, 70% split
- Ongoing training and mentoring in commercial property
- Modern office in Richmond with flexible working arrangements
- Work with a prestigious brand with a dominant presence in the industry
Duties include but not limited:
- Prospect and acquire new clients via cold calling, networking, and market research to build sales and leasing pipelines
- List, market and promote properties, including preparing materials, conducting inspections and advising on terms
- Negotiate contracts and leases to achieve optimal client outcomes, aligned with market and legal standards
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Prepare and conduct comprehensive property appraisals
To be considered for this role:
- Experience in commercial or residential sales or leasing is ideal
- Strong negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills
- Deep knowledge of Victorian market trends in real estate
- Current Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate in Victoria
- Must have your own car and licence.
