About the role:

  • Full time permanent position
  • Highly lucrative commission structure - uncapped commissions, 70% split
  • Ongoing training and mentoring in commercial property
  • Modern office in Richmond with flexible working arrangements
  • Work with a prestigious brand with a dominant presence in the industry

Duties include but not limited:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients via cold calling, networking, and market research to build sales and leasing pipelines
  • List, market and promote properties, including preparing materials, conducting inspections and advising on terms
  • Negotiate contracts and leases to achieve optimal client outcomes, aligned with market and legal standards
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive property appraisals

To be considered for this role:

  • Experience in commercial or residential sales or leasing is ideal
  • Strong negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills
  • Deep knowledge of Victorian market trends in real estate
  • Current Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate in Victoria
  • Must have your own car and licence.
