**Real Estate - Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.**

**Part time and/or Full Time**

Located in the outer Eastern suburbs, with over 40 years history - due to expansion we are seeking enthusiastic, customer focussed Real Estate Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers to join our established team.

**Some of the functions but not limited to, you will be performing**:

- Some front of house duties including answering the phones when required
- Face to face customer service with Renters and Rental Providers.
- Conduct Inspections (including Routine/Final inspections etc)
- Arrange and Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs with Renters and Trades.
- Organising the preparation of rental paperwork including Rental agreements, authorities, and bonds
- Assist and follow up with Renters on Rental agreements, arrears etc.

**You will have the following**:

- Willingness to listen, learn and contribute
- Willingness to respect and adhere to business policies and procedures
- Motivation to improve and grow (with our support)
- Agents' Representative Certification and a recent Police Check
- A current Victoria Driver Licence and a reliable car
- Enthusiasm for Customer service
- Have great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be fluent in English plus any additional language would be advantageous
- **During your employment, the following is mandatory: Business attire and appearance is maintained and Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination are kept up to date**

**Salary**: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
