Belle Property Hunter Region has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Administrator.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

· Compliance relating to agency agreements and property administration

· Preparation of sales files, agency agreements and supporting documentation

· Sales advices, exchange confirmation letters, settlement confirmation letters

· Preparation of presentation materials

· Database management

· Liaise with vendors, purchasers and solicitors regarding particulars of the pre and post-sale activity of a property

· General office administration as required

To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Current Industry standard certifications preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in the use of computers and all Microsoft office applications
  • Administration skills, strong organisation skills with a commitment to customer focus and problem solving ability
  • A demonstration ability to show initiative to work smarter, improving systems and processes
  • Self-directed and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High integrity and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A good eye for detail
