Tower Lodge, the Hunter Valley's only Luxury Lodge, is the embodiment of relaxed luxury with a uniquely Spanish flair nestled in the heart of Wine Country.  Independently owned and operated, the venue comprised 14 unique and luxurious suites and a restaurant that celebrates a vast array of local produce in a fine dining setting that not only caters to our guests, it is also open to the public and receiving rave reviews. Tower Whiskey Distillery, the Hunter's first Whiskey Tasting Distillery is located on the same Estate producing premium small batch, single malt whiskies from the on-site distillery. We are now looking for a Sales and Administration All-rounder to join our team.

In this role you will be utilising your administratinon skills while proactively engaging with our guests and visitors to our Cellar Doors, Restaurants, Functions and Wine Club members providing exceptional customer service to all.  This is a full time position.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidates will be professional, energetic, flexible and reliable, as well as being able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Hospitality Role
  • Experience in fine dining and knowledge of and interest in wine, beer or whiskey will be favourably viewed
  • High level of communication skills
  • High grooming standards
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable transport

You must be available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is available to Australian Residents only.
