We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and provide an exceptional experience for our clients. This role will be responsible for managing client enquiries, preparing accurate quotes, and assisting in the smooth running of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly, outgoing personality that builds trust and rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and enquiries.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotes in line with company procedures.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information.
- Ensure clear communication between clients, sales, and other internal teams.
- Assist in resolving client concerns with a problem-solving approach.
- Contribute to a positive client experience and help build long-term relationships.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- Outgoing, approachable, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems (preferred).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in preparing quotes or sales documentation (desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
