The Opportunity

As the Account Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of major enterprise clients (each with annual spend upwards of $10M). You'll act as a trusted partner to C-suite stakeholders, driving category expansion, digital adoption and long-term strategic value. Your accounts will include organisations across Healthcare, Aged Care, and Education, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact in sectors that support communities every day.

You will:

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of Australia's most significant enterprise customers across Healthcare, Aged Care, Childcare and Education,
  • Engage at C-suite and senior leadership level to influence procurement strategy
  • Drive cross-category growth, increasing adoption of a state-of-the-art digital procurement platform
  • Lead strategic planning, forecasting and partnership development across multi-year horizons
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, logistics and analytics teams to deliver seamless outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the customer experience, advocating for solutions that create measurable business value

About You

You're an experienced enterprise account leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments — with the ability to influence at the highest levels and deliver results that matter.

You'll bring:

  • Proven success in strategic account management, sales or customer success within a B2B environment
  • Proven success managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving share of wallet growth
  • Proven success working within Healthcare, Aged Care, Childcare, or Education sectors
  • Strong understanding of technology-enabled procurement, digital platforms or eCommerce solutions
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills — confident operating at C-suite level
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with commercial acumen and a customer-first approach
