high-performing business development leader

to drive the next chapter of our growth. This is a mission-critical role in a strategic focus to scale impact and prepare for investor readiness. 

What you'll do

  • Grow with purpose

– Secure new business with medium to large organisations in government, higher education, engineering, FMCG and manufacturing that are ready for leadership and culture transformation.
- Deepen partnerships

– Expand existing accounts, ensuring programs deliver measurable ROI and align with global agendas like the UN SDGs and Inner Development Goals.
- Shape the market

– Represent DG at senior forums, conferences, and networks, positioning us as trusted thought leaders.
- Collaborate for impact

– Work closely with our CEO and senior consultants to design, package and deliver solutions that balance commercial goals with what our clients need.

About you

  • A proven seller with a track record of closing complex B2B deals, ideally in professional services, leadership, culture, or transformation.
  • Commercially sharp

- Adept at navigating executive decision-making and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Energised by working in a

Experience in shaping and selling productised learning solutions or leadership programs will be highly regarded, as will an active network across our priority sectors.
