We're on the lookout for a
Marketing Strategist / Account Manager
- someone who's equal parts strategic thinker, campaign operator, and client champion. You'll manage relationships, run campaigns, and make sure everything connects beautifully across ads, funnels, automations, and results.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing your own set of
    client accounts
  • being their go-to for all things marketing.
  • Planning and running
    paid campaigns
    across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Building and optimising
    marketing funnels
  • from ad to landing page to automation.
  • Overseeing creative direction and campaign strategy with the Roughidea team.
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting for clients.
  • Spotting opportunities to improve results and recommending fresh ideas or strategies.
  • Collaborating with our designers, developers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.

What we're looking for

  • A go-getter who's eager to learn and grow into the role,
    OR
    1–3 years experience in digital marketing and/or account management (agency experience is a bonus).
  • You may have dabbled in
    Meta Ads Manager
    and
    Google Ads
    , and love diving into the data.
  • An understanding of
    marketing funnels
    ,
    landing pages
    , and
    automation tools
    .
  • You're organised, reliable, and confident in managing clients and projects.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail - you know how to keep clients in the loop and campaigns on track.
  • A curious mind - you're always learning, testing, and improving.
  • You want to
    grow with the company
    and take on more as we expand.
