Your work will support improved financial performance, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and risk management.
Additional accountabilities include:
- Supporting contract management through KPI monitoring, compliance, quality reviews, reporting, and supplier engagement.

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives such as quality review enhancements, uniform and facilities planning, contractor performance tracking, and process optimisation across cleaning and transport contracts and others as required.
About you

- A practical understanding or interest in contract management and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated alignment with V/Line's values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership, and human rights.
If your skills or experience don't exactly match our listed requirements, we still encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and believe in the potential for growth and development.
