The Role
Join Kieser's growing Medical Partnerships Team and play a vital role in supporting compliance, governance, and performance across key healthcare partnerships and funding programs.
As the Contract Compliance Coordinator, you'll work alongside the Head of Medical Partnerships to monitor service agreements, assess risk, analyse data, and help drive operational excellence across multiple streams — including Private Health Insurance, Active Ageing & Ability, and Corporate programs.

- A practical understanding or interest in contract management and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Oversee and monitor compliance of active contracts with Private Health Insurance, NDIS, DVA, and state health departments.
- Maintain a central register of all contracts, KPIs, milestones, and renewal timelines.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance teams to ensure performance and governance standards are upheld.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and accreditation bodies.
- Support process improvement initiatives across compliance, governance, and operational workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

- Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks and funding models.
- Competence in Excel, contract management software, and reporting tools.
Desirable
- Experience or strong interest in the healthcare setting
- 1+ year experience in equivalent role
- Recognised IT training.
