Applications Officer – Student Admissions (Melbourne)

Your Impact
- Review and process applications across HE, VET, and VTAC providers
- Check documentation for accuracy, compliance, and Genuine Student requirements
- Liaise with institutions, consultants, and students to track offers, COEs, and enrolments
- Maintain CRM records and reporting dashboards
- Support students with OSHC, accommodation, and arrival documentation
What You Bring
- 2–4 years in student admissions, application processing, or education administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the Australian education system, visa processes, and provider rules
- Bonus: Experience with ImmiAccount, VTAC, or admissions portals; CRM proficiency
